Higher Apprenticeship Cyber Security

Do you have an interest in solving technology problems, preventing cyber disasters and ultimately outwitting cyber-criminals? This Higher Apprenticeship programme will give you the skills, qualifications and technical know-how that is needed to stop cyber-crime, decrypt data and untangle malware.

The programme will allow you to develop your real-world skills in cyber security with the combination of classroom or virtual training and on-the-job experience.

As one of ourHigherApprentices, we’llhelp you develop your skills through a combination of practical work and academic study, all the while providing you with the passion, skills and knowledge you need to power all our futures.

You will need to have a GCSE in English LanguageAND in Mathsat Grade C or above (or equivalent) with one of the following:

• 2 A levels/ A2: GradesA* - C (1 must be in either Maths,Physics, Chemistry or Computing); or

• BTEC National CertificateORDiploma Level 3 inIT, Computing, IT Systems andDevlopment, IT (Software Development), IT (Business), ICT Systems and Principles, Computing (Software Engineering Stream)at Grade Merit or Distinction; or

• HNC/HND inIT, Computing, IT Systems and Development, IT (Software Development), IT (Business), ICT Systems and Principles,Computing (Software Engineering Stream) at Grade Merit or Distinction; or

• Degree in Physics, Chemistry, BiologyorComputing.

This opportunity will be based in Warwick or Solihull
