IT Graduate - Business Partnering

About the role

If you have a keen interest in new technology, like working with others and have strong interpersonal, communication and engagement skills, enjoy analysis and have a structured, problem-solving mindset, then we’re looking for you.During the 18-month Graduate Programme, made up of three, six-month placements, you will be working in one of the teams who are responsible for building strong, collaborative relationships with IT’s customers in the wider business. In order to deliver a great service, you will also need to work with a varied range of people across the whole of IT, and our partner supplier organisations. As part of a Business Partnering team you could be working in Project Management, Business Analysis or Business Consultancy.

What You'll Need

As one of our Graduates, you’ll have the chance to start putting your studies into practice. You’ll need to be curious and proactive. Ask questions. Be interested. Along with a minimum 2.2 Degree classification in one of the following disciplines:

  • Computing or Business-related degree (preferred)
  • STEM related degree (acceptable)

We’re proud to offer a competitive salary of £28,709 (Bachelors) OR £29,753 (Masters)

This opportunity will be based at National Grid House, Warwick.
