About the role

Do you want to be part of a team of IT professionals who are shaping the future of how National Grid leverages technology in a fast-changing energy market? Join our 18-month Graduate Programme where you will be part of a team responsible for managing the technology which drives our business and enables us to deliver secure, compliant and reliable services to meet the needs of our customers. 

We have opportunities in various teams within our Infrastructure and Operations organisation, including Planning and Performance, Programme and Product management, Global Infrastructure Controls, Audit & Risk and Service Transition.  All these roles will involve working successfully with a variety of people across the whole of IT, our infrastructure partners and the wider National Grid business and require strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

What you'll need

As one of our Graduates, you’ll have the chance to start putting your studies into practice. You’ll need to be curious and proactive. Ask questions. Be interested. Along with a 2.2 Degree classification in one of the following disciplines:

  • Economics
  • Finance
  • Marketing

We’re proud to offer a competitive salary of £28,709 (Bachelors) OR £29,753 (Masters)

This opportunity will be based at either our National Grid House, Warwick site.
