Business Services is a key enabler to National Grid’s success; the activities carried out by the different functions are aligned to support the efficient and effective delivery of National Grid’s leadership qualities and core values.

Since the creation of Shared Services in 2006, we’ve delivered significant savings and made real progress. We’ve come a long way but we have a lot of work still to do and we can’t stand still. A desire to develop and improve runs through our veins as we listen to feedback from our colleagues and clients on how we can better improve their experiences.
